Dark Water is an original art work by Anne Stahl and was created in 2016. It has been cataloged and exhibited in Berlin and is for sale. The work consists of painting on paper, which is sized onto board and framed (shadow frame). Over the top of the painting is a layer of cellulose paper, painted with encaustic wax. It ‘sticks out’ and is attached by magnets and thus removable. For transport this top layer must be taken off and stored separately (frost free and flat).
Dark Water is part of the Bitter Water series and was created in 2016. This painting was exhibited during the Bitter Water exhibit in Berlin, Germany.
